1. Scope
These terms govern use of the vantixlabs.com website operated by Vantix Labs, Inc. ("VANTIX", "we"). Use of our rental services is additionally governed by a separately executed Master Rental Agreement.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to attempt unauthorized access, to scrape at volumes that degrade service, or to misrepresent your identity.
3. Intellectual property
All content, marks and trade dress are owned by VANTIX or its licensors. Limited license is granted to view in a browser; no other rights are conveyed.
4. Disclaimers
Information on this site is provided "as is" without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Technical specifications are indicative and subject to the contracted configuration.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VANTIX's aggregate liability arising from use of this website is limited to US$100. This clause does not limit liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or damages that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law.
6. Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding conflict-of-laws rules and the CISG. Any dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the ADR Institute of Canada in Toronto, Ontario under its Arbitration Rules, in English, before one arbitrator. Each party retains the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
