• Customer telemetry from deployed robotic fleet (separate DPA in the Master Rental Agreement).

Website hosted on AWS us-east-1 (N. Virginia) with EU mirror on AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). Sub-processors: Cloudflare (CDN), Postmark (transactional email). Full sub-processor list at vantixlabs.com/legal/subprocessors.

Retention

Inquiry data: 24 months. Server logs: 14 days. Telemetry: per Master Rental Agreement.

Your rights — EU/UK (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Contact privacy@vantixlabs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens via our EU representative.
